Bridgeton Swim Club Flying Tigers

General Team Information


Bridgeton Swim Club (BSC) meets for practice 6 days a week in the Bridgeton Community Center indoor pool (4201 Fee Fee Road) off of Fee Fee Road in Bridgeton, MO. The mission of the team is to provide an environment where local swimmers can develop a love for competitive swimming. As a parent run team every parent's concern is important and our kids always come first. Registration takes place year round. Stroke Development: For novice swimmers who can swim 25 yards (1 pool lap) of freestyle without assistance.

Age-group 1 : These swimmers have knowledge of all four competitive strokes and can perform all checklist skills.

Age-group 2 : For swimmers who can legally swim 50 yards (2 pool laps) of all four competitive strokes, can utilize the pace clock for practice, who demonstrate proper lane etiquette and independently follow workout instructions.

Senior: For advanced swimmers with the ability and knowledge to compete in all four competitive strokes at any distance.

*Subject to change due to Pattonville High School events and coaches availability. Coaches suggest swimmers attend at least 2 sessions per week, but swimmers can attend all sessions they choose.

**Additional family members may be added at a reduced fee! A second swimmer is $5 off; a third swimmer is 50% off; a fourth swimmer is free.

Other Costs: All families pay an annual $35 team fee. There is an annual $50 per swimmer fee to join USA swimming. Swimmers choose which meets and events they wish to participate in, and pay for meets on an individual basis.
